**Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 11)**
-Front Master Suite: King bed, smart TV, large mirror, and closet space
-Bunk Room: Sleeps 4 with bunk beds, plus a smart TV
-Back Master Suite: King bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and mirror
-Sunroom: Queen sleeper sofa in a bright, relaxing lounge area with a half bath attached. While not technically a bedroom, it has doors that can be closed, making it a private room.
-Living Room: Spacious sectional with a Queen sleeper sofa and large mounted TV

Bathroom 1: Convenient to the front master and bunk room, features a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries

**Guest Experience**
Cook like you’re at home in the fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils, bakeware, a crockpot, and grilling tools. Step outside to the patio deck for an evening cookout, lit by string lights with plenty of space to gather or even dance.
The property also includes parking for up to three vehicles right in front of the home.
**Things to Know**
- Booking during Peak season (June & July) requires a 7 day bookings with a Saturday check-in date.
- This home is secured by a coded deadbolt lock. You will receive an e-mail the morning before your stay begins with check-in instructions that contain the door code.
- A private gate code will be provided before arrival for secure and safe access to the beach.
- A credit card authorization of $500 is required for incidental charges just like a hotel.
- The booking guest must be 21 or older and staying in the home for the duration of the booking.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 5 days away at time of booking.

We’re proud Texans who completely fell in love with the white sand and emerald water of Panama City Beach. What started as family vacations quickly turned into a long-term dream — and in a few short years, we plan to retire here ourselves. We purchased this beachfront condo because we wanted a place where life slows down. I’m an avid scuba diver and love exploring the Gulf waters, while my wife is happiest with a good book in hand, listening to the rhythm of the waves from the balcony. Those simple, peaceful moments are what drew us here — and what we hope you’ll experience during your stay. Hosting is important to us because this isn’t just an investment property — it’s part of our future home. We take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and exactly the kind of place we would want to stay ourselves.
